Learning Management System

The following video is a demo course created in Instructure Canvas LMS. The content of the course is based on the course, Nutrition 101 by Eston Dunn on universalclass.com. I used the structure of his course for the outline of this course, and for the purpose of this project we will say that he is the instructor I am supporting in creating an online course. 

I also utilized resources from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2020-2025 for course content. These resources can be found at dietaryguidelines.gov.
